AZMOL BP has reached a new level in the production of lubricants: the production line of AZMOL BP has been expanded with new high-quality products-lubricants and oils for use in the food industry. Foodline Alumina EP 1 and Foodline Alumina EP 2 have already received approval from the NSF. They are completely non-toxic and can come into contact with food during their production.

In 2020, AZMOL opened a new site for the production of lubricants for the food industry. The first products that came out of this workshop have already received approvals from one of the most demanding and influential certification organizations in the world – NSF International.

NSF is a quality standard created by the non-profit, American independent organization NSF International. The NSF quality mark ensures that only proven, safe raw materials are used in the production of this product, the production process meets the strict requirements of the organization, and the final product is environmentally friendly and safe for humans and the environment.

Such a permit from the NSF was obtained

Complex aluminum lubricants:

  • Azmol Foodline Alumina EP 1;
  • Azmol Foodline Alumina EP 2.

Complex sulfonate lubricants:

  • Azmol Foodline CAS 1;
  • Azmol Foodline CAS 2.

Inorganic thickener lubricant Azmol Foodline HTG 400.
Hydraulic oils:

  • Azmol Foodline Power 32;
  • Azmol Foodline Power 46.

Gear oils:

  • Azmol Foodline Gear 220;
  • Azmol Foodline Gear 320.

This means that they can be used in the production of food products and do not pose a threat to health in case of accidental contact with food. Lubricants are recommended for use in the production of beverages, juices, bread and meat processing plants, dairy, confectionery plants, and other food industries. They differ favorably from their foreign counterparts with a competitive price and simplified logistics.

They have neutral organoleptic properties, but at the same time have excellent performance characteristics: heat-resistant, protect friction units from wear and tear. Resistant to aggressive environmental influences and inert in contact with metals, paints and plastics. They have long-lasting anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion properties and high adhesion.

In the production of food products, it is not possible to intentionally contact the lubricant with food products, because any equipment involved in the production of food products has critical points, namely, places where products can come into contact with lubricants. These are various components of the production conveyor, furnaces, molding machines and others. In this situation, the task of lubrication is not only to prevent the parts from being bullied, reduce wear and improve sliding, but also not to contaminate the product.

"High-quality European raw materials, namely synthetic, vaseline oils of the highest level of purification, were used to create lubricants and oils with food tolerance. Together with British technologies and developments, we have received a product of European quality, but affordable for domestic enterprises," said AZMOL BP technical Director Terry Dicken.
Immediately after receiving the approval, food lubricants and oils from AZMOL BP were sent for testing to the Berdyansk bread plant, where the manufacturer is currently testing lubricants in operation in order to use them as the main ones in the future.

The appearance of food lubricants and oils in the production line of AZMOL BP has become a new stage in the development of THE company, because not every manufacturer of lubricants can create a product that meets all the requirements for the food industry.
