2020 began for our company with a large-scale conference "AZMOL 2020: The concept of leadership in each segment", which highlighted the company's success in 2019 and strategic development plans for 2020. Every day, step by step, the company developed and became better, expanding the production line, getting new approvals and certificates.

At the conference" AZMOL 2020: The concept of leadership in each segment", an updated design of engine oil packaging was presented.

There have been huge changes at the company - we have completely modernized our production lines, we have introduced the latest British technologies, we work with the best European and world base oils and additives." - shared Technical Director of AZMOL BP Terry Dicken. The year began brightly, loudly and successfully.


AZMOL BP-CONSTANTLY EXPANDING ITS PRODUCT RANGE

Experts continuously work on product range, and by the beginning of 2020, the market appeared a new Brake Caliper grease for mechanisms in the brake system, as well as the expansion of the chemicals. Thanks to AZMOL BP, affordable high-quality car care from a domestic manufacturer has appeared on the Ukrainian market.
For a long time, obtaining permits from the giants of mechanical engineering has become a tradition that regularly confirms the high quality of the company's products. In 2020, we received three significant approvals:

- VOLVO (Famula M 15w-40 and 10w-40 engine oil);
- Wabtec (for use in diesel engines of General Electric locomotives»);
- NSF International (for oils and lubricants used in the food industry).


AZMOL BP IS A UNIQUE MANUFACTURER OF AD BLUE REAGENT IN UKRAINE

The most anticipated new product from AZMOL BP – the AdBlue reagent required for vehicles equipped with a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system-has entered the market. AZMOL BP is the only manufacturer in Ukraine that has received a VDA license for the production of this product. Getting it is a long time-consuming process, but well-established production, high-quality materials and full compliance with the recommendations guarantee a positive result. Also in the product line of the company there are other novelties-high-performance brake fluid AZMOL DOT 4 and antifreeze concentrate.

This level of product quality could not be achieved without first-class European raw materials, professional technologists and, of course, a laboratory. On the territory of the enterprise, a unique international research center "labexpert" was opened for Ukraine, which provides services not only to enterprises of the petrochemical industry, but also to representatives of other industrial areas in our country.



LABEXPERT IS THE FIRST AND ONLY RESEARCH CENTER IN UKRAINE UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF BRITISH CHEMIST TERRY DICKEN

"Our research center has more than 200 items of equipment for analysis. For example-a unique atomic emission spectrograph for Ukraine, which allows you to quickly determine the amount of impurities in the product – in just 35 seconds. At the same time, the specialist can analyze and determine 73 elements. Without this equipment, the analysis lasts up to 2 days. The infrared spectrometer is also unique, which can study the structure of organic molecules and high-molecular compounds, as well as identify both natural and synthetic hydrocarbons and their derivatives with high molecular weight," said Terry Dicken, Technical Director of AZMOL BP and chief investor of labexpert.

Of course, producing motor oils and lubricants, we can not ignore motorsport. In 2020, the second stage of the Ukrainian Rally Championship was held in Mariupol with the support of AZMOL BP. At the grand opening of the II stage of the Championship, all interested visitors could participate in competitions and receive a lot of prizes. In addition, the company's representatives were happy to advise visitors and answer their questions, so the official part of the event was not only fun, but also useful.

By the Day of the city, AZMOL BP also took care of motorsport fans. On September 13, a car rally was held, where the best drivers of the city showed us how to drive faster, and most importantly more accurately, on a specially prepared difficult track. The audience watched with bated breath everyone who diligently repeated the necessary figures, experienced together, and rejoiced in the victories. And on September 17, a large-scale and spectacular rally dedicated to the Day of the city of Berdyansk was held.

AZMOL BP-SOCIAL

The company has never stood aside from the city's problems. And even more so during a pandemic. Realizing their social responsibility, the employees of AZMOL and the administration of the enterprise decided to lend a shoulder to Berdyants-doctors and patients of the city hospital and provide 250 thousand hryvnias for the purchase of the most necessary protective equipment.
AZMOL BP has resumed its higher education program with further employment. This year, the company announced a set of applicants for higher education in the specialty "chemical technologies and engineering".

In July 2020, the next social project of AZMOL BP “Favorite corners of Berdyansk " was launched, within the framework of which the company began to improve parks, squares, favorite recreation places of citizens in different microdistricts of Berdyansk.

The first section of work is a square near the entrance of the Azmol plant. Today it is a wonderful, cozy playground and a beautiful square, where adults and children relax every day. A new playground with a unique modern surface has been installed here, street lighting has been replaced, new benches, tiles have been installed, and green spaces have been planted.

The second stage of the project "Favorite corners of Berdyansk" is the improvement of the territory of the Kime karate club sponsored by AZMOL. According to the head of the regional development sector of AZMOL BP Alexander Tomkovid, together with the parents of young pupils of the club, a new expensive sports carpet - tatami was also purchased for full-fledged classes in their favorite sport. Today, the old building of Berdyansk, where the sports club is located, has really received a second life. Here the windows were replaced, the facade was repaired, the street area was improved, and a new entrance was installed. AZMOL also started a large-scale reconstruction of the square in the Colony microdistrict.
